Method of Operations

Before we begin an investigation we like to go to the site and do a “walk through” to get familiar with the
surroundings. We may observe plumbing, electrical equipment or other items that may have a bearing on the
evidence we collect. This “walk through” can be done right before or on a separate day before the investigation. As
we begin, we will set up cameras, lights and various other equipment throughout the site. Extra care will be taken to
not disturb furniture and belongings.

Our investigation is carried out using several pieces of equipment. We use digital thermometers to locate any “hot”
or “cold” spots that could signify the presence of a paranormal being. We use EMF detectors to find unusual EMF
fields (electromagnetic fields) that could be created or distorted by an entity. Our DVR voice recorders can detect
noises and speech that the human ear cannot and is a valuable tool when it comes to paranormal audio evidence.
We employ several night vision handi-cam video recorders to visually catch evidence of the paranormal.

We will try to complete the investigation in one evening but sometimes it is necessary to do a follow up to insure
accuracy of the evidence we’ve collected.

After our investigation we will review all the evidence we’ve collected which generally takes 2 weeks and we will then
schedule a time with you to have our “reveal”. The reveal is usually done at the client’s residence or other agreed
location and will include our findings. It is at this point that we can answer your questions to the best of our ability.
Before we finish you will be given a DVD that contains the audio and video evidence that we collected for your future
reference. We will also provide you with our contact info in the event you have any further questions or would like to
refer us to someone that could use our services.

Conditions of Investigation

In order to provide you with the most accurate evidence possible there are a few things that we would ask of you.

People Present – Other than the investigating team the fewer the people the better. If someone must be there
they should be extremely quiet during the investigation. The only exception to this is that if the investigation site is
not being currently occupied then the owner should accompany us during the investigation. This will help in case the
police show up and want to know what we’re doing there. It is strongly recommended that no young children be
present because of the emotional experience they could draw from this and simply because they tend to make more
noise than an adult and may make it more difficult for us to determine what we’re hearing when we go over the
evidence later.

Consent Form – We ask that you read and sign a consent form that gives us permission to perform the investigation
and it also frees you from any liability in the event that one of us is injured while investigating your site.
