Investigation Details: Our team setup the equipment in the areas pointed out by the client to be the most
active. There was a considerable amount of automobile traffic outside due to the close proximity of the local
highway. Multiple Night Shot video cameras were setup on tripods and mobile in-hand. Two DVR’s were rotated
from stationary to mobile around the entire property. Two EMF gauges were used inside and outside the
property. A digital thermometer was used to record average temperatures. Due to the size of the house, our
team split up into three teams of two.
*During the first investigation there were several personal experiences with our investigators. One female felt a
shove in the chest and another felt a finger nail poke in the back. Another female felt a tug on her jacket. A
whistle was also heard by two investigators (captured on DVR).
*On the second investigation there were also personal experiences. A faint female voice was heard by a
female investigator who was the only female on the second investigation. Two investigators in the attic
experienced a loud wood bang while changing out video tapes (audio captured on video).
The second investigation was performed because of the multiple EVP’s and odd noises that were captured on
DVR and video. Our team set out to re-create some of the noises and find a possible explanation for some of
the mysterious voices.
A.P.I. Assessment of Investigations:
After reviewing the evidence and attempting to re-create some of the EVP’s, A.P.I. has formed the conclusion
that the Pendley house has paranormal activity. We are under the assumption that there are multiple entities
present at this location. We were able to capture at least three different voices on DVR. The spirit in the attic
appears to be intelligent. On the first investigation we captured multiple bangs, voices, and movement of
objects on audio in the attic. On the second investigation we attempted to create a total video coverage of the
attic, but all evidence obtained was created outside of the cameras fields of vision. We also captured intelligent
like answers to questions asked by A.P.I. members.
EMF readings were also inconsistent and fluctuated inside and outside of the house. Inside the house there
seemed to be columns of EMF readings starting at the first floor and channeling up into the attic. Note: There
has been no electricity in this house for a couple years. We also called Georgia Power to come to the house
and conduct their own EMF readings around the house and near the surrounding power lines. We have a
detailed report from Georgia Power describing their EMF readings at each location around the house. Their
readings outside of the house were in no comparison to the readings inside the house. We believe that the
combination of our EMF readings and Georgia Power EMF readings are a true representation of
electromagnetic inconsistencies in and around this house.
A.P.I. is deeply appreciative to have the opportunity to investigate this house and would be happy to return for
