The API team had our first investigation of the year on new years day. We were all thrilled to start off
the new year with an investigation. After a brief walk though of the house, we setup our equipment and
got to work. The home owner and her son were very hospitable with our investigation. We first
attempted to debunk some of the claims mentioned by the client. Some claims could have natural
explanations based on investigative tests.

Our setup consisted of:
- 4 mini-dv night vision cameras with 4 infrared illuminators for added night vision lighting
- 2 Digital voice recorders (DVR)
- Multiple EMF detectors
- 2 Digital infrared thermometers
- 1 Non Contact voltage reader
- 2 Digital Cameras

The investigation lasted approximately 4 hours. None of our members had any personal experiences, but
the client did claim to see a male apparition in the kitchen. Unfortunately, none of our audio or video
recording devices were able to capture any paranormal evidence. As in most homes, emf 's can be in the
oddest places and result in feelings of paranoia, skin irritation, and uneasy feelings. Large emf readings
were observed around most electrical appliances and ( a new one for us ) a large reading at the electric
ignition on the fireplace.

We can not conclude that there is definite paranormal activity at this house based on this investigation.
As always, our commitment to perform additional investigations in the case of an increase in paranormal
activity is top priority for the API members.

API would like to thank the Razavi family for allowing our team to further our research in paranormal
research and investigation.
